Wow, it's hard to believe it's been almost a month since I last posted! Those of you who are OFL's will understand. I have been really, really busy with my mother critically ill. She is still ill and in intensive care, but so far, holding her own.
I was home for lunch and reading Dana Carpender's blog as a little catch up. This recipe for "unpotato" soup sounds really good! My only suggestion to the whole thing is that I would probably cut the recipe down and not use three pounds of cauliflower, and I might use heavy cream and simmer for thickening instead of Dixie Mashers, although they would be fine also.
